We have proudly been accepted by "The Round Table Group"
http://www.roundtablegroup.com/
We offer legal consulting for attorneys in civil cases, and criminal cases, and for consulting with judges. We offer expert witness testimony in cases where the behavior of dogs is at issue. Ben has testified in many criminal and civil cases in states all across the US. There may be cases Ben cannot take due to professional conflict, in which case I can testify or advise you of your options.
”What our experts can do for you”
Assist in formulating questions for witnesses, victims, and owners about the behavior of the dog (s) in question.
Provide expert witness testimony about the natural drives, and natural instincts of dogs, and the behavioral tendencies and motivations for the behavior of dogs.
Perform a behavioral evaluation or assessment of the dog(s) in question.
Provide an opinion brief about the aggressive nature of a particular dog, whether or not the owners may have, or should have known about the dog’s nature, and whether or not an injury was foreseeable.
We cannot make statements about or testify that any breed of dog is inherently dangerous, or vicious due to that fact alone.
